Only 6500 Savage Model 1915 semi-automatic pistols were made in .32 caliber. This one is pretty nice. These are really hard to photograph. There are a lot of angles. A high percentage of the original high polish blue finish remains on the frame and the slide. The finish is very even on the entire pistol. I used flash to help show the bright blue. Case color remains on the trigger and the magazine release. 1915s are different than the Model 1907 and the model 1917. The firing mechanism is completely hidden. The second major difference is the slide is held open after the last round is fired. And thirdly, it has a grip safety. All the markings are complete, clear, and original. The bore is bright and shiny and shows little use. Grips are excellent with no cracks or chips. Action works perfectly and is tight. Magazine is original. You will like this Savage Model 1915. It will make a nice addition to your collection.
