There is a lot of information on Brigadier General E.P. Yates which can easily be found.

This pistol was made in 1943. Numbers match on slide and frame. Magazine is correct for the pistol. Stocks are correct as well and in excellent condition. Bore is bright and shiny and rates a nine on a one to ten scale. Action works perfectly and is tight. As you have probably already noticed, the U.S. PROPERTY has been ground off. This is still a very collectible pistol and will make nice addition to any collection.
